About Me

I’m Priya, a mum of two lively boys, an experienced Early Years Teacher and a certified Infant Sleep Consultant—but more importantly, I’ve been where you are.

My journey started in the thick of sleepless nights—feeding my little boy to sleep, camping out on the floor and creeping out of the room only to start it all over again an hour later. Exhausted, overwhelmed and returning to work, I knew something had to change. Having worked in fast-paced corporate roles and as a teacher, I know exactly how crucial sleep is when you're juggling a demanding job and a busy life. Hiring a sleep consultant changed everything. With the right support, our home transformed—and we finally got the rest we so desperately needed.

But life threw another curveball. My second son arrived early, tiny, and struggling with silent reflux. Sleep took a backseat as we focused on feeding and comfort. I tried the sleep strategies that had worked for my first son—but this time, it wasn’t enough. I realised first-hand that every child is different, and sleep isn’t one-size-fits-all. The stress, anxiety and fog of exhaustion hit hard—and I knew no parent should have to go through that alone.

That’s why I do what I do…

Based in North-West London, I now work with families across the globe, offering them the tailored support I once so badly needed. My years as an early years teacher, home education specialist, private tutor and an English as a Second Language teacher have given me deep insight into children’s individual needs, learning styles and the everyday challenges families face. This rich, hands-on experience shapes the practical, compassionate solutions I offer today.

With an OCN-certified qualification from The Sleep Consultant Academy and a personal understanding of what sleep deprivation really feels like, I help parents get back to feeling like themselves again—with practical, compassionate solutions that truly work.
