Some tears are natural—babies cry as a way of expressing change or tiredness. However, I will never ask you to leave your child to cry alone. We respond to tears with care and I guide you in providing comfort while helping your child adjust to new sleep habits.

Yes. I can support sleep improvements while co-sleeping or room sharing. If you're ready to transition away from that setup, I can guide you through that too—at a pace that works for your family.

The best time is when you feel ready. If you're committed and confident in making changes, your child will sense that. Ideally, plan for a period without major disruptions like travel or visitors. Teething or starting nursery is usually not a problem.

Start by booking a free 15-minute discovery call. If we decide to work together, you’ll book your package, complete payment and send a detailed sleep log at least 2 working days before our session. This helps me get a full picture of your child’s sleep habits, environment and daily routine.Next, we’ll have a 1-hour video consultation where I’ll walk you through a personalised sleep plan tailored to your family’s goals. We’ll cover everything and I’ll answer all your questions.You’ll receive 3 weeks of WhatsApp support (7 days a week) with regular check-ins and adjustments as needed. With the right guidance and consistency, families see big changes within a few days—and by the end, you’ll feel rested, confident and in control.
