Based in North-West London and supporting families across the world, I offer the tailored, compassionate sleep support I once needed myself. My background as an early years teacher, home education specialist, private tutor and ESL teacher has given me a deep understanding of how children learn, develop and respond differently — and how demanding everyday family life can be.
I care deeply about supporting busy parents — the ones quietly carrying the mental load, running on empty, and still trying to show up for their families and their work. I’ve lived that reality too: sleepless nights, solo parenting, grief, and the pressure of holding everything together when you’re exhausted.
That lived experience shapes everything I do. It’s why my approach is gentle, realistic and sustainable — free from judgment, pressure or one-size-fits-all advice. Just calm, practical support that meets you exactly where you are.
